Welcome to our website! There are several areas of the website that have been updated with new information and material. We would like to point out these areas to be sure you don't miss them.

Our History
Living Waters church was founded by Reverend Paul Downs in October 1956 in Artesia, California. At that time it was known as Pentecostal Evangelistic Center.
Paul Downs was ordained with the Foursquare Church and pastored until his death in 1979. The Reverend Paul Downs’ fifth son Duke, was led into the ministry and the church was reopened in July, 1988 as Living Waters church in Brea Olinda, California.
Living Waters quickly grew and moved to a new industrial warehouse building in the nearby city of Chino. After several years in the same location Living Waters had an opportunity to purchase an existing church building in the same city. The church currently fellowships at this location.
The Reverend Paul Downs has two grandsons in the ministry as well. Tim Downs is the pastor of Living Waters of the West Valley in Glendale, Arizona (a suburb of Phoenix). Daren Downs is a full-time missionary and associate pastor of Living Waters of Chino.
