Missionaries have labored for many years in Southeast Asia. One of America's first missionaries, Adoniram Judson went to Burma (known today as Myanmar). We are grateful for the seeds that have been sown throughout the years by so many, and we count it an honor just to have a part in the great things that God has in store for this region. 2008Brother David Jacobson and his wife Moe have worked as missionaries in Thailand for several years and is one of the missionaries that we help to support on a monthly basis. Brother David has a great vision for Thailand and an even greater love in his heart for the people of the region.
Brother and sister Jacobson also work with the Karen refugees that are coming to America. More information on the work with the Karen in America is available on our Karen page. In the coming months Living Waters plans continue construction projects, holding conferences and working with the local churches and native missionaries of the region.
